He has been roofing over 43 years now and still loves dealing with the day to day running of the company. Dean is committed to giving all his staff shared responsibility to ensure they have the skills needed to secure the future of UK Roofing, were proud of our commitment to this.
Training is a core part of development strategy that recognition is key for our customers as well, who put their trust in us to deliver a good roofing project that will withstand the challenging British weather, as well as being Complient.

Jack Duggan
Jacks background started in construction when he left school at 16. He was an electrical apprentice with a government backed scheme called JTL. Jack qualified at the age of 21 obtaining his electrical gold card.
At the age of 26 he started in the world of construction management working alongside such companies as WEworks, Goldman Sacks,HSBC,CBRE facebook and google just to mention a few.
Current qualifications held.

Kerry started with Dean in the company as the office manager in 2012.
Building her way up-to a director of finance.
She has brought new eco friendly products to the company and works 24/7 to deliver a good working relationship with all are Architects and clients.

Tony’s extensive career within the military has provided the skills and experience to plan, execute and manage all aspects of roofing to our large variety of commercial clients.
Tony’s contribution to the day to day running and organisation is unwavering, including the care and attention towards H&S and creating an all inclusive team, to securing large scaled contracts, leaving an excellent reputation for Martins roofing. It is important to serve the clients with the highest regard whilst maintaining a strong level of morale within our workforce.
